| Biography |
Dept. of Theatre teacher and department head, stage director, costume and scene designer. For 36 years at Utah State University's Dept. of Theatre, Sid Perkes designed sets and costumes for more than 300 productions throughout the West and Midwest, including many productions at Utah State University's Old Lyric Theatre in Logan, Utah, and professional productions of Porgy and Bess, School for wives, Oliver!, and How to succeed in business without really trying, for the Pioneer Theatre Company in Salt Lake City. Sid Perkes retired from Utah State University in 1999. |
